Joanne embarked on her beauty journey over 20 years ago and in that space of time has excelled in her field and gained a reputation as a genuine leader in the industry.

After gaining her qualifications, Joanne went on to perfect her art and skill with HD brow founder Nilam Patel and went on to become one of the international trainers for HD brows.

Joanne is Ireland’s only Phibrow Master and Educator. Joanne also qualified in 2017 as an ITEC educator She is now hugely sought after for not only her services as a Microblading Master Artist but also for passing on her knowledge and skill set to the rest of the beauty industry through her new Microblading Training School- Joanne Woods The Beauty Academy.

Joanne is currently undertaking her general nursing in DKIT , a 4-year degree program that she is loving so far! With almost one year done after starting in September 2023 she is excited to continue on this journey and is due to complete her degree in September 2027 to become a qualified nurse.

I have been working with Joanne Woods Beauty for 5 years, joining the team in March of 2019. I completed my Beauty training obtaining a certificate in both ITEC and CIBTAC. I am also trained in gel polish, HD Brows, and more advanced skincare treatments like the Venus Viva, Radio Frequency, and Phi Laser Tattoo Removal. I have also been lucky enough to train and work with amazing brands such as Image, Environ, and DMK.

Favorite part of my job:
My favorite part of my job is seeing people’s results from treatments, and seeing how it makes them feel.

What I hope to achieve:
Over the next while,  I would like to continue my learning journey as part of the team at Joanne Woods Beauty, focusing on HD Brows and more advanced skincare treatments..

My go-to product:
My favorite go-to product is Image Skincare Iluma Serum. It’s a lightening and brightening serum and helps to even out my skin tone.  It leaves my skin with a healthy glow that is perfect under makeup and helps prolong any effects of any treatments.

My name is MarySarah ,I am Head Therapist here at Joanne Woods Beauty. I aim to enhance my client’s natural beauty using only the best and most effective treatments and products. I have always had a passion for all aspects of the beauty industry, I trained in Fernada Scappaticci’s, graduating in 2007 with my ITEC and CIBTAC qualifications. Now with over 17 years of experience my true passion is everything skincare related and advanced skincare treatments.

I take pride in dedicating myself to my clients and finding out their skincare concerns and what they are hoping to achieve from the treatments I perform and the products that I recommend.

Favorite part of my job?
Is to see my client’s confidence grow and achieve the results they have been looking for after they have received their treatments. I also work with a very dedicated team and have a bond with each of my clients which is so important to me.

What would I like to achieve in the next 6 to 12 months?
More advanced treatment training while still being able to listen and meet the training needs of all our therapists.

My name is Lola, I am completing my ITEC Diploma in Beauty Therapy and will be a fully qualified beauty therapist in May 2024. At the moment I am fully qualified in BIAB, HD & LVL’s, and Image Skincare Products and Peels. I look forward to expanding my skills and learning new and advanced treatments here at Joanne Woods Beauty. My favorite part of the job is making my clients happy and offering them the most advanced skincare and treatments.

My name is Sarah, I am Front of House and Clinic Manager for Joanne Woods the Beauty Specialist. I can honestly say I feel so lucky to be working here. The team here has been so welcoming and friendly. I’ve been working here for nearly two years now and I have progressed to Clinic Manager. I love how different every day is. I trained as a makeup artist with Vanity X many years ago, I am also trained in laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation.

Hi, my name is Emma I have been a fully qualified beauty therapist for 7 years now, holding both ITEC and CIBTAC certificates. Some of my favorite treatments to do are brows, facials, lash lifts, and nails. I am obsessed with everything skin, I have recently started doing radio frequency in the salon which I really enjoy and currently up-skilling to give my clients the best service and experience possible by completing a DMK training course. My favourite part of my job in particular is seeing clients leave the salon happy with their treatment.
