I treated myself to both a Slimyonik lymphatic session and dermaplaning today, and it turned out to be such a good combination. As I was having the lymphatic session Marysarah done the dermaplanning, very relaxing when combined with another treatment.

The Slimyonik treatment was incredibly relaxing — it uses gentle air pressure to stimulate the lymphatic system, and I could actually feel it working as it moved through different areas. Afterwards, I felt lighter, less bloated, and just generally more refreshed. It gave me a bit of an energy boost too, which I wasn’t expecting.

With the dermaplaning, the results were immediate. My skin felt so smooth and looked noticeably brighter straight away. It removed all the dull, dead skin and left my face with that really clean, fresh glow. Makeup goes on so much better after it as well.

Overall, it felt like a really nice balance of internal and external care — one focusing on how you feel in your body, and the other on your skin. Nothing felt rushed, and the whole experience was really relaxing from start to finish.

Definitely something I’d do again when I need a reset.
